Challenges

It is difficult for shopkeepers to manage their inventory and create reports at the end of the month.

System statuses are not visible in multiple areas like billing and payments where it should highlight main points that are relevant to the user at the very particular moment.

Application has flexibility of the interface but the efficiency of use is generally decreased as the interface is not practical enough.

Research

Our research showed that the billing process on the interface of the previous application was very time-consuming.

Visual appearances

Since it is intended for a B2B audience, the colors used are such that they showcase trust and friendliness. The intent of the visual aids go towards a B2B type interface that may have White-labeling. Colors used are according to the Ushop logo to ensure brand cohesion.
