Sales Operations Coordinator

You are good at:
  • Supporting the sales team with operational and administrative functions
  • Conducting research on specific clients or client segments, competitors and the market
  • Reporting and sharing data and insights on sales performance
  • Curating the appropriate sales collateral as well as maintaining a user-friendly and searchable library of pitches, presentations, demos, tools
  • Understandinding the lead qualification process, analyse reports and sales pitch
  • Implementing the end-to-end process of tracking sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering key insights to the business
You will be responsible for (not limited to):
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all sales operation activities and be a liaison between the management and the client
  • Assist in the data driven decision making process and provide recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process
  • Work closely with the marketing team to build lead qualification process
  • Maintain regular check-ins with the Sales Manager
  • Assist with the on-boarding and training of the new sales talent
Your experience:
  • 2+ years of B2B Technology service companies, Agencies, Product design company or Branding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheets and corporate communication
Your academic qualifications:
  • No limitations
