Brainstorming requirements and solutions for the business and understanding the business case and objectives.
Analyse requirements, build processes that align with business goals. Furthermore you have a good hands on experience in articulating the details of the project through proper documentation of business processes, use cases and preparing documents such as MSA, SOW, MOU etc.
Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs and how it can be delivered by teams internally.
Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement
Liaisoning between technology teams, support teams and business units where you will be closely working with the sales team, project managers, department leads and client, where you will be serving as a channel between the clients and the business development teams
You will be responsible for (not limited to):
Business Role :: Particulate in fulfilling the business objectives, understand the requirements and the scope of work from design to delivery
Technical Role:: You will be involved in performing technical analysis and evaluation operations, develop data module and process flows and create mock-ups, which is properly documented
Facilitator Role:: You will be involved in facilitating service pitch, training sessions and demonstrations, right form developing requirements, scope of work and translating it to the team. It will involve elements of monitoring and control function that ensures an effective support management
Functional Role:: Cost benefit analysis,suggest process/ improvement in methods, liaise with stakeholders and assist in the estimation of project cost and time
